Sandy Hedenberg is a licensed real estate broker, certified life and success coach, speaker, author, and creator of Connection Code RE™, a professional development platform designed to help people better understand human behavior, communication, and relationships.
With more than 20 years of experience working with buyers and sellers throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Sandy has spent her career helping people navigate some of life’s biggest transitions. Her work in real estate, combined with her training in coaching, attachment theory, and personal development, has given her a unique perspective on the emotional and behavioral patterns that influence decision-making, relationships, and success.
As both an active real estate professional and former sales manager for two of the nation’s largest brokerages, Sandy has witnessed firsthand how fear, trust, communication styles, and emotional regulation impact not only real estate transactions, but every area of life. These experiences ultimately inspired the creation of Connection Code RE™, where she teaches professionals how to better understand themselves and others in order to build stronger relationships, improve communication, and create more meaningful outcomes.
In addition to her real estate work, Sandy is a certified life and success coach, speaker, workshop facilitator, and author of Becoming Brave. She is also the host of the Change the Be podcast, where she explores personal growth, human behavior, resilience, and the power of authentic connection.
Known for blending practical strategies with heartfelt storytelling, Sandy’s mission is simple: to help people better understand themselves and others so they can create stronger connections, make empowered decisions, and live more fulfilling lives.
